These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services provided by The Trade Standard LLC, doing business as Master Systems ("Master Systems," "we," "us," or "our"), including mastersystemshq.com and go.mastersystemshq.com. By using our sites, submitting an application, booking a call, or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our Services
Master Systems provides done-for-you client acquisition systems for service businesses — including advertising management, lead follow-up, appointment booking, and related growth infrastructure. Program details, deliverables, pricing, and terms for specific engagements are agreed separately in writing with each client.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Program description & use cases: when you provide your phone number through a form on our site and give consent, Master Systems (The Trade Standard LLC) may send you text messages including: confirmation that we received your application, appointment booking links, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up messages about your existing inquiry, and — only where you have separately and optionally consented — occasional promotional messages about our services.
- Opt-out instructions: you can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our forms.
- Help & support: if you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at tyler@mastersystemshq.com or +1 (567) 777-3367.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, per your mobile carrier's plan. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Age restriction: you must be at least 18 years old to use our services and to participate in the SMS messaging program.

3. Acceptable Use
